Service area map Two circles around Owego, NY: a preferred area about 45 miles (roughly an hour of driving) and an outer limit about 65 miles (an hour and a half) for bigger jobs, covering the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Pennsylvania. I'm based in Owego. Most of my work is within about an hour — the inner circle. For bigger jobs like new construction and large dairies, I'll go up to about 1½ hours.

New York counties

Broome · Tioga · Chemung · Tompkins · Cortland · Chenango · Schuyler · Steuben

Pennsylvania counties

Bradford · Susquehanna · Tioga · Wyoming · Lackawanna · Sullivan · Wayne

Parts of neighboring counties too. The inner circle is about 45 miles straight-line (roughly an hour on back roads); the outer is about 65 miles (1½ hours).

No trip charges. Same price wherever you are in my area. Outside the inner circle? Call or text anyway. Bigger jobs — new construction, multi-building inspections — are often worth the drive, and I group nearby farms on the same trip.
